Aleksandar Karatosho has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje. With over 11 years of dedicated service in the civil society sector, he has played a significant role in numerous local and international organizations. Notably, Aleksandar is one of the Young European Ambassadors from the Western Balkans and was elected as an Ambassador of the European Democracy Youth Network (EDYN). Alongside these roles, he co-founded and currently serves as the Vice Director of PANTHEON, a strategic cooperation platform facilitating cooperation between the key stakeholders in the community, with a strong focus on capacity building and fostering cohesion. In the past, Aleksandar has co-founded a non-profit organization called Youth Empowerment Association – YEA, which he led as president for four years. Additionally, he was a scholar of the esteemed Konrad Adenauer Foundation, served as an Ambassador of the European Student Think Tank (EST), and was appointed as Secretary of the PTPI Skopje Community Chapter. In 2019, he became the first Macedonian semi-finalist in the European Social Innovation Competition organized by the European Commission, showcasing his innovative spirit and dedication to driving positive change in the community.
