All three organizations are members of the Network of Schools for Political Development of the Council of Europe.

With its program, the regional school will provide a platform for learning, practical work, and cooperation of young leaders from the mentioned countries. The program is an opportunity for active social action and a European approach to common environmental and other challenges related to creating and advocating public policies.
representatives of partner organizations from all three countries, the approaches that individual schools use in their work were compared (from the selection of participants, through work methodology to mentoring, and advocacy of public policies) and it was discussed how to include these positive practices in the future joint program.

It was concluded that the details of the work methodology will be agreed upon and finalized at the next meeting in Skopje, North Macedonia.

After that, in mid-February 2024, the Regional School for Political Development will announce the first call for its program for young leaders from Croatia, North Macedonia, and Serbia.
