Outreach Event held in Serbia

As part of the Regional School for Political Development, an outreach event was held in Serbia, bringing together young leaders, activists, and experts to promote dialogue and exchange knowledge on current emerging green challenges.
During the event, publication “Green Horizons – Policy Pathways to a Sustainable Future” was presented, summarizing innovative public policy proposals developed throughout the program, with a focus on sustainability, citizen engagement, and climate change.
Through discussions participants exchanged ideas on how the concrete recommendations from the publication could be adapted and implemented in their local communities. The importance of empowering young people in policymaking processes was particularly emphasized, along with the value of cross-border cooperation in addressing common challenges such as climate change, urbanization, and democratic participation.
The event took place in a dynamic and inspiring atmosphere, with attendees expressing a strong commitment to continuing their collaboration and further developing the ideas that emerged from the School, with the goal of strengthening sustainable and inclusive policies across the Western Balkans.
