Viktor Buchkovski shares impressions of the RSPD

Viktor Buchkovski, a participant of the Regional School for Political Development (RSPD), took part in the program “Advancing the Green Agenda in the Western Balkans” broadcast on the YouTube channel Popladnevna Programa (link).
He reflected on the importance of gaining first-hand insight into the challenges faced by both Serbia and Croatia. The inclusion of an EU member state in this regional project was particularly valuable, providing participants with the opportunity to see how Croatia has made significant progress in areas such as green energy in a relatively short period of time.
According to Viktor, this experience served as a strong source of inspiration, motivating participants to continue driving change in their own environments. He emphasized the importance of becoming familiar with problems and concepts early on and of creating opportunities for progress through regional cooperation and knowledge exchange.
Viktor’s contribution in the program highlighted how RSPD fosters cross-border dialogue, mutual learning, and the empowerment of young people to play an active role in advancing sustainable policies and practices across the Western Balkans.
